Can I change my mind?
Yes. Tell the advisor during the call, or refuse the parcel on delivery: you pay nothing.
How long does delivery take?
In Kenya, allow 5 to 14 days after the confirmation call.
Is there a charge for delivery?
No. The displayed price already includes home delivery.
How does payment work?
You pay the courier when you receive the parcel. Nothing is requested online.
Where does the information on the product pages come from?
From the product packaging and the distributor’s information. What is not there, we do not write.
Are these medicines?
No. They are food supplements, care products and accessories. For any symptom, talk to a doctor first.
Do you publish customer reviews?
