Personal data

To process a request, we only need your name and your phone number.

What we record

• Your name, your phone number and the IP address of your connection, stored encrypted.
• The product requested, the page the request came from and how you arrived on the site (search engine, link, advertisement).
• A fingerprint of your number, which cannot be used to recover it, to spot the same request sent twice within a week.
• Cookie-free audience measurement: pages viewed and form steps, with no personal identifier.

Why

To call you, confirm the order, have it delivered, answer your questions and set aside duplicate or fraudulent requests.

Who it is passed on to

Your name, your phone number and your IP address are passed on to the commercial partner that handles the sale of the requested product, and by that partner to the call centre and the carrier in charge of confirmation and delivery. We do not sell your data.

Retention

The data from a request is kept encrypted for following up your order and for customer service. It is not deleted automatically: you can ask for it to be deleted at any time.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its use, by writing to contact@dalaven.com. You can also contact the data protection authority of your country.
